To support this mission, we are launching a new Lunch and Learn series designed to bring you valuable, relevant insights in the areas of health, wellness, and community connection. Lunch and Learn: Vital Strategies in Cancer – New Insights with Dr. Jim Roach, MD

How do we achieve deep peacefulness and optimal wellness during serious illness? Join us for the launch of the Treska's Lunch and Learn series with Dr. Jim Roach, MD founder of the Midway Center and author of Vital Strategies in Cancer.

With two decades of experience in holistic cancer care, Dr. Roach will share a unique paradigm for healing discussing his top two priorities: 

• Achieving true peacefulness, and

•  Optimizing the body's circulation

His talk also covers research on alternative therapies, botanical strategies, and specific compounds. This session is for anyone who wants to learn how addressing the mind, body, and spirit enhances the path to wellness.
