Treska’s is looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead and strengthen our Back of House operations.

As we continue expanding our hours and growing our reputation for thoughtful, seasonal food, we’re looking for a leader who can help guide the kitchen forward — including developing and executing a standout Sunday Brunch program.

Schedule

Full-Time | Tuesday – Sunday

This role includes a combination of service shifts and designated prep days. Flexibility for morning, evening, and event-based scheduling is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and managing Back of House operations during service

• Supporting and mentoring the kitchen team during busy shifts

• Overseeing prep days and ensuring kitchen readiness

• Assisting with scheduling and workflow organization

• Maintaining high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Helping develop and execute a high-quality Sunday brunch menu as Treska’s expands hours

What You Bring

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced professional kitchen

• Strong versatility across multiple stations (salad, fryer, grill, expo, etc.)

• The ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• A collaborative, team-first mindset

• ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety certification is a strong asset
