Community Dancing 101
In collaboration with WNC Mountain Magic
A four-session series of classes to prepare anyone, especially beginners, to participate in the abunDANCE of Community dancing which we are so fortunate to have available in this region. Contra Dancing is an example of Community Dancing. All dances will be taught from the very first step by Ms. Tery Doyle, one of the area’s favorite dance callers & best dance teachers. Wednesdays ~ 7-9 p.m.
4 Classes [9/10 – 9/24 – 10/8 - 10/22]
TUITION
$12 / class
$40 prepay for all 4 classes $10
Experienced dancers [danced more than 6 mos.]
$36 prepay for all 4 classes

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
The Cove is all about building Community. Dancing as a Community is one of the best ways to do that. Our hope is that through these classes and future classes we can begin to build a vibrant, enthusiastic, sustainable, dance community based here in Flat Rock and serving Henderson, Transylvania, Polk, South Buncombe, and North Greenville counties. We are 35 minutes from Downtown Asheville.* The Guarantee? Prepay $40, come to all 4 classes.
