Community After Hours

Our mission of helping connect people has been part of our Purpose since day one and it’s been very inspiring for us to see how many people seem to have similar aspirations.

What Is Community After Hours (CAH)?

Community After Hours (CAH) is a welcoming third-space gathering—a bridge between home and work—where neighbors, changemakers, and curious citizens come together to learn, connect, and collaborate.

CAH blends the best of structured facilitation and organic community life. By using structured conversation tools like Open Space and World Café, we efficiently identify what our community has to offer and what it needs. The result is a clear path to transforming those findings directly into action and ongoing projects.

Our evenings may begin with either a guest talk, presentation, or a shared inquiry, followed by breakout conversations around the projects that surface.
We also help organize book study groups and intergenerational co-mentoring circles that help participants deepen understanding, develop skills, and support the initiatives that emerge.

CAH’s purpose is to help foster passions, business ideas, projects, and even new communities—all rooted in regenerative principles and mutual support. It serves as the entry-level on-ramp to our broader Creating Community Anywhere program—a living laboratory for growing the next generation of collaborative, community-based enterprises.

At its heart, CAH is where inspiration turns into action—and where community itself becomes the incubator.

Every Wednesday from 5:30pm-7:00pm, come meet motivated neighbors and turn your ideas into action!
